The realities of being a TL

i disliked being a TL

i prefer being a runner so i can at least provide some nursing care

Last friday was one the of the most busy and worst plus hungry day of my life..many admission suddenly came in towards afternoon...ugh!!! why does patient like to be admitted in the afternoon?? plus Dr's rounds...T.T then my TL didn't really do her work well because when i went into the report room to pass report,i realize there are many many things i actually don't know about like for example all the lab results ? to trace ?to note....did the dr order this?? did the dr order that?? i have no clue at all what i was passing and it was making me nervous...luckily all the staff nurses was kind enough not to scold me...they just told me to faster finish so they can start work...then when i left the hospital because my bro have already arrive in the hospital,i just remembered that i was suppose to write the height and weight of the new admission..
i can't imagine working life....
