MAB-Malaysian Association for the Blind

During our 1st week,me,clara,huan ching,Jinny and Sze Lyn went to MAB for our 3 days attachments...when we arrived there,we were greeted by a friendly staff who then took us to visit the elderly blind.....

he took our dominoes for us to play

playing.....it was fun playing with them...and they can feel the dominoes even faster than us

after that,Mr Yam and (i forgotten her name) came in and they told us their stories
of how they became blind.....and
while we listening to them there was this guy who kept talking non stop
me and clara found him interesting
so we decided to talk to him

haha....this is the guy we talk to....his name is Mr George in his 70's
he's been born blind since young
his story is very inspiring cause even though he cannot see
he can still live as normally as possible
without any family members
and he lives in this big house all alone
he love gardening too
it was nice to talk to him :)

after lunch we saw this bicycle thing and decided to sit on it

on the 2nd and 3rd day,we went to visit the children
they were like few of them
and they were so cute and fun to be with
even though they are visually impaired

we also decided to stopped by for some durian....hehe

and finally all of us together...

It has certainly be a meaningful week for us
and i'm really glad thai i got to join them :)
really learnt a lot
